“Making wine is a lot like making music. Each piece stands on its own, and each bottle is its own masterpiece.”

Our Wines — 2025 Release

Solo Chardonnay

Fermented only once and never oaked, Solo Chardonnay is bright and fruit-forward, with notes of lemon and green apple. A fresh, crisp take on the variety.

Dry Riesling

The white mascot grape of the region, our Dry Riesling is crisp and unique, with bright acidity and notes reminiscent of fresh lime over warm stone. A fan favorite for good reason.

Semi-Dry Riesling

A softer companion to our Dry Riesling, with less emphasis on acid and more on aroma and front-palate sweetness — a fruit-salad quality that's approachable and bright.

Frontenac Gris

Grown at our estate vineyard in Cazenovia, this cold-hardy grape thrives in Central New York winters. Aromas of fresh pineapple, mango, and cotton candy make this one of the sweetest, juiciest wines in our catalog.

Blaufrankisch

An earthy, robust dry red with meaty, spicy aromas and flavors of black pepper, baking spice, blackberry, and mushroom — unique, well-balanced, and full of structure.

Cabernet Franc

The signature red of the region. Our Cab Franc presents like a jar of raspberry jam from nose to finish, with a lovely balance of tannins and red berry fruit.

Sonata No. 1

Our Ruby Port-style wine, made in the tradition of Portugal. Higher in alcohol and sugar, with notes of cherry lollipop and cocoa — our sweetest red, best paired with chocolate cheesecake.

Sonata No. 2

A White Port-style wine made from our Frontenac Gris grapes, fortified and blended with Valencia orange and whipped vanilla. Tastes like a creamsicle — best served on the rocks.

Pinot Noir

A Finger Lakes classic in the making — expect the region's signature finesse, with silky tannins and bright red fruit drawing out something delicate and food-friendly in every glass.
